How we involve and support volunteers.

Our approach
Volunteers are welcomed for their skills and lived experience. They receive a role description, induction, screening appropriate to their role, and support from a named person.
Expenses and insurance
Approved out of pocket expenses are reimbursed. Volunteers will be covered by our volunteer accident insurance before programmes open.
Lived experience
Women with lived experience who help design programmes, through our community advisory group, are paid for their time.
