Our constitution, policies and conflict arrangements, in plain language.

Our structure
The Midlife Foundation Limited is being established as a public company limited by guarantee and a not-for-profit health promotion charity. Its income and property can only be used for its charitable purpose. Nothing can be paid to members or directors as profit, and directors receive no fees.
Managing conflicts of interest
Our founder also owns School of Sexual Wellness Pty Ltd. To keep the Foundation independent:
- A majority of directors, and our Treasurer, are independent.
- Only independent directors decide anything involving School of Sexual Wellness Pty Ltd. Hope leaves the room.
- Any payment is under a written agreement, at or below market rates, supported by quotes.
- Our programmes never promote or sell commercial products or services.
- Participant, donor and grant information belongs to the Foundation and is never used for commercial marketing.
- Every related party payment is published each year.
