Policy
Research, evaluation and data
How we measure outcomes and protect participants' information.
Draft for board adoption. This policy will be reviewed and adopted by the board at its first meeting, then reviewed every year. Questions? Use our contact form.
Consent
Women choose whether to take part in surveys. Taking part never affects their place in a programme.
Ethics approval
Before we publish outcome results or use validated health questionnaires for research, our evaluation plan will be approved by a human research ethics committee. We will hold permission to use any licensed questionnaire.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander data
Information about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants is governed with our community partner, following the principles of Indigenous data sovereignty. Results go back to community first.
Storage
Health information is kept separate from donor and marketing records, in secure systems, and reported only without names.
