Who it applies to
Directors, staff, contractors, clinicians, volunteers and advisers.
We expect everyone to
- Treat participants with dignity, respect and cultural safety.
- Stay within their role and scope of practice. Our programmes are education, not treatment.
- Keep information confidential and follow our privacy policy.
- Declare conflicts of interest and never promote a commercial product or service in our programmes.
- Never have private or social media contact with participants about their health.
- Report safeguarding concerns, fraud or misconduct.
Breaches
Breaches are investigated and may end a person's involvement. Serious matters are reported to the relevant authority.
